Contributor Terms
Operational publication terms · version 2026-10-03. These terms should be reviewed by qualified counsel for the jurisdictions in which BuildPulse operates and markets its services.
1. Originality, rights and accuracy
By submitting, the contributor represents that the work is original or properly licensed, does not knowingly infringe third-party rights, and that factual assertions are made in good faith with appropriate sources. The contributor must identify quotations, third-party materials and material conflicts of interest.
2. Prohibited submissions
BuildPulse may reject material involving plagiarism, defamation, unlawful threats, privacy violations, impersonation, deceptive promotion, fabricated evidence, market manipulation, undisclosed conflicts, malware, or content whose publication would violate applicable law or platform policy.
3. Editorial control
Payment is a submission and review fee, not a promise of publication. BuildPulse retains editorial discretion to fact-check, edit, request changes or evidence, reject, correct, annotate, suspend, unpublish or remove content. Paid promotional material must be disclosed and labeled separately from independent editorial coverage.
4. Contributor responsibility
The contributor remains responsible for the accuracy of their representations, permissions and disclosures. Nothing in these terms eliminates duties or liabilities that applicable law places on BuildPulse as publisher or platform operator.
5. Publication license
If accepted, the contributor grants BuildPulse a non-exclusive worldwide license to reproduce, edit, format, translate, distribute, archive and promote the submitted work in connection with BuildPulse, subject to any separately agreed commercial terms.
6. Corrections and complaints
Contributors must cooperate promptly with correction, rights, privacy and legal complaints. BuildPulse may preserve audit records and evidence relating to submissions and editorial decisions.
